She has worked extensively first time home buyers, homeowners and developers to realize their optimum potential in the purchase, sale and development of real property. In the past decade she has worked with clients on comprehensive plan amendments, rezones, short plats, trail permits, obtaining lot status, boundary line adjustments and many, many other issues that need to be addressed when working with real property.

Sally has been a member of Windermere Standards of Practice Committee and Senior Agents on Windermere Agent Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Washington Association of Realtors and Commercial Brokers Association.
